We pride ourselves on our Customer care packages and the comprehensive Service Maintenance agreements that we offer. On all of our new installations we offer a maintenance contract which will entitle the customer to full 24 hour emergency breakdown cover, as well as a routine annual callout so that we can check the system is fully operational.
This is not a remote maintenance call similar to what many other alarm companies do by connecting to your alarm panel via a dial up connection over your phone line. Avenger Alarms are confident that when we call to test your system, we test all sensors, detectors and contacts, which is not possible by communicating with the alarm panel via a modem. You cannot physically open and close doors and windows if you are not on site!
If Avenger alarms did not install your alarm system but it needs a service, we can also provide this. There are many Alarm installers who have closed down in recent years and we can now provide a Service on these alarm systems. If you are no longer happy with the service you are getting from your supplier, we can take over the servicing of the alarm system too, and if required, provide you with a new maintenance / Service agreement.
